The Beauty of Bouguereau ~ Collectible Plates ~~ The 3 plates of "The Beauty Of Bouguereau" were created from original works of art by the 19th century French master and Romantic artist William Adolphe Bouguereau. Each plate is made on Cornwall porcelain, prized for its delicate translucence, hand inspected and guaranteed perfect. Each plate is trimmed in 24-karat gold. The set was limited to only 19,500 complete sets. This set is in mint condition and I have the original certificates. They are very detailed, dark and rich to fit in with any traditional, classic, old world or French decor. These plates are very rare and hard to come by, they are rarely listed on ebay. It took me a long time to find them and the only reason I'am selling them is because I have recently moved to a smaller home and will just use another set I have. I loved them so much I had them upstairs and downstairs. They really make a statement in your decorating. The 3 ladies are: 1. Lucie 2. Madelaine 3. Colette I pack with a lot of bubble wrap and very carefully. Just want my girls to have a good home. Thanks for looking.
