This auction is for an adorable 1st Quality Fenton Burmese dog figurine! It stands 4 1/4" tall and is in perfect mint condition. It is beautifully handpainted with blueberries or perhaps grapes. They are blue and purple with leaves. This one is highly decorated going around on all sides, front, back and both sides. . I don't think I have ever seen any of the Fenton figures that had this much detail and paint on them or I have seen one painted so beautifully with such great colors!.It is signed on the bottom by the artist C. Griffiths and also has the Fenton label on side and the oval Fenton logo on his side.. I purchased this in West Virginia at the Fenton Store several years ago. I do not think it is part of their regular line and very hard to come by. It was a gift shop exclusive. It is also made of the desirable Burmese glass which is made with real gold and glows under black light!!! I have shown him glowing in one photo but it's hard to take a picture of but wanted to give you a good idea of how it looks under black light.
