THEY CAN BE TOUCHED UP WITH OTHER PAINT OR EVEN A MAGIC MARKER AND FOR THE MOST PART, NO ONE WILL EVEN KNOW. THIS IS JUST SO COMMON WITH THIS TYPE OF CHINA AND THE GLAZE USED ON IT. YOU CAN PAY $54 A DINNER PLATE AND $40 A SOUP BOWL AT REPLACEMENTS LTD. TO GET PERFECT ONES (TOTALLING $202) OR YOU CAN TAKE PIECES LIKE THESE, SINCE THIS PATTERN WAS DISCONTINUED IN 2003, AND WORK WITH THEM A LITTLE TO BE ABLE TO ADD TO YOU SET OR REPLACE FLAT-OUT BROKEN PIECES AT A MUCH MORE REASONABLE COST.
