Welcome to Hard Times Trading Post*********I appreciate you stopping by and checking out my listings!*******************I recently came across this wonderful blue & white irish chain quilt. It is exceptional and so well quilted! Tiny stitches in a straight grid row that set this apart from other Irish chain quilts! The blue squares are made up of tiny polka dots. The white fabric has tiny tiny red flower. Framed by a saw tooth border it really stands out above the rest!It is exceptional in size also - measuring a generous 92" x 77". It does have lots of wear and here is the breakdown: Some edge wear to the border. All the fabric is in tact. There is a center fold line area with wear - please see the pictures - there is fading to the blue squares as well as some fabric deterioration! The white fabric throughout the quilt shows tiny tiny spots of fabric loss. I have tried to picture this for you - it's throughout the quilt. They range from pin holes to erasure size. There are a few small stains on the back - I have pictured them for your view.Please ask questions and if I can be any more specific or show you additional pictures please let me know.
