THIRTY SECONDS OVER TOKYO chronicles the training, mission and aftermath of America's first retaliatory strike against Japan after the attack on Pearl Harbor. This account, written by Captain Ted Lawson, whose B-25 and crew were members of Lt. Colonel Jimmy Doolittle's fabled raiders, was published in 1943; A rare piece of World War II memorabilia. The hardcover book is in good condition for its age. There are several black and white photos included along with the text. There is slight staining on cover, loosening of binding and it has 10 cents written on inside cover, I believe in pencil. Please look at photos and ask questions. Thanks for looking!
