This is an Edison Disc Phonograph with the patented dates ranging from Nov. 17 1903 to May 23, 1916. The numbers listed on the gold plate inside are C-19 and SM-94468. T is a round gold coin attached that says, "The model 250 Diamond Disc Phonograph is the Official Laboratory Model of Thomas A. Edison." The height is approximately 51 inches and width approximately 21 inches. Included are 8 Edison Discs (1 has about 1/4 inch damage to the edges, so it is still playable, but you might have to place the needle forward a tad) all look like they are in very good condition. I cannot tell you if the turntable is in excellent condition because I don't know how it should read more
