Thomas Gunn MiniaturesGW002: Machine Gun France The Great War Version This set includes a dismounted British cavalry team manning a Hotchkiss machine gun. All British cavalry regiments were equipped with approx 2 French Hotchkiss machine guns due to the lack of a suitable British machine gun. These guns provided the extra firepower needed by these lightly armed troops who were often far out in advance of the main force in a reconnaissance role. As with all Thomas Gunn miniatures, numbers are limited. In this case, only 150 of each piece will be manufactured. These soldiers are not going to last for long!
