This limited edition print by Thomas Kincade was published using acid-free, premium grade paper. Sold out last year and very hard to find. It was limited to 680 Gallery Proofs. This one being number 453. It has never been displayed and is just an awesome piece. The only reason for selling is we need the money to pay for new air/heat we had to have installed. This is framed in the most beautiful antique gold frame with a burgandy matte with an inner wood frame on the inside between the matte and the print. Just beautiful. High bidder to pay shipping, handling and insurance of $75.00 due to the size. The print is 18 x 27 but framed it is about 26 by 36. It is just stunning. Good Luck!
