THREE EUROPEAN PEWTER TANKARDS.Nineteenth century. German covered tankard or stein, 8.5"h. and two English tankards. Quart with pub name on bottom, 6.5"h. and pint with raised floral decoration, 4.5"h.Condition: Floral mug has worn surface, particularly to the interior and a dent near the base. No marks.Quart mug has engraved monogram, maker's stamp "G. Farmiloe & Sons, London" with crowned "VR" and "quart". Handle has worn surface. Minor dings. Base appears to read "Halfway House, Egham".Covered tankard - Pitted surface with multiple dents, rim, lid and base out of round. Most likely French rather than German. Partial touchmarks on the bottom include fleur de lys and "Etain".We provide condition information when it is requested by a potential bidder, as a part of our dedication to excellent customer service.
