Up for auction is a large 10" plate commemorating the year 1936 when the UK had three rulers. The three are shown on the plate starting with the silver jubilee of George V and Queen Mary, followed by Edward VIII before his abdication, and George V and Queen Elizabeth. The plate is marked on the back with "Sovereign Potters, Canada" and a maple leaf. The graphics and gilding are in very nice condition. There is some crazing of the glaze, but it is not noticeable.
