CASINO CHIP* THUNDERBIRD CASINO 1973 Las Vegas, NV $5 N2248 in The Chip Rack beautiful A condition This casino opened on Sept. 2, 1948 at 2755 Las Vegas Blvd. It closed on Dec. 31, 1976 . It became the Silverbird (1976-1982), then the El Rancho Hotel (1982-1992) These beautiful issues are no longer found for sale on eBay. (I have the last salvaged box of them.) HHR (Horse Head Right) MOLD Reverse same as Obverse Fresh, bright and clean, stands on its edges. Three beige and six split green inserts. Very popular Caesar's World Thunderbird logo.
