Beautiful Tibetan Nepali Thanka Painting 'Khacheri' 31"x 23" Handmade in Nepal This beautiful Tibetan Nepali Thanka painting of Khacheri is handmade in Nepal by an experienced artist who has been working in this field for many years. The size of this thanka is 31 inches length and 23 inches breadth. The materials used in this thanka art is cotton canvas and colors like emulsion, fabric and poster. It can be used as gift item, decorative, meditation and many more. Khacheri is also a form of Bodhisatwa Avalokiteswara. He is also know as six syllabled Lokeswara. The six syllables are “OM MANI PADME HUM” which is considered as efficacious that it has been carved on rock faces and constantly chanted by devotees. Khacheri has four hands, the first two pressed together at his heart makes Anjalimudra . He holds a wish fulfilling jewel, indicating that he has a mind of great compassion. He is adorned with silk and jewels and he wears an upper garment of an antelope skin signifying his compassionate and gentle nature. In his left hand, he holds a blue lotus flower and a crystal rosary with his right hand.
