Up for auction is an original Tiffany Studios jeweled turtleback desk lamp. This is 100% authentic with a full money back guarantee including shipping both ways. It is in amazing condition with original patina. All of the glass and jewels are also original. Has the original white diffuser glass inside. The 2 turtlebacks have wonderful iridescence and light a dark green. The patina is a rich brown with wonderful highlights. The switch is in good working order. The patina on the switch is worn from normal use. It is original to the lamp. It has a very early socket with the bakelite insulator. It is correctly signed Tiffany Studios New York D801 and also has the Tiffany Decorating logo. The lamp has been rewired and is in good working order. This same model has sold at auction for close to $20,000 in the past. My reserve is less than 1/2 that. If you are the high bidder, please wait until I get you a total for shipping. I will only charge actual shipping & insurance. However, I could not see where ebay allows me to put in the insurance in the shipping quote.
