Original Wally Robertson Artwork Original Wally Robertson 1930's comic artwork. The collection is of 8 pages, each with drawings on both sides (16 pages of drawings) and are his sketches for the comic strip "Tilly". It seems that each story is complete in 8 panels, 4 panels to the front and 4 to the back of each page. They are made using pencil and are on paper. There are a few notes or alterations and all appear to be in Wally Robertson's hand. They measure roughly 8 x 10 inches each. The pages have some creasing and foxing, otherwise they are in good condition. Wally Robertson is often associated with the Golden Age of comics and wrote for many of the famous comics of the 1930's and is perhaps best known for his Charlie Chaplin comic strip. I also have other original artwork on ebay. Postage costs will not be increased for multiple art purchases and are free in the UK.
