Anyone who has read his books, as I have, will know that he was an outstanding fan journalist and person. The bobble head is gently used and has been in a place of honor on my mantle since we got it a Bisons game in 2005 (sorry no box) It was a promotional item available during and International League Triple-A Baseball Game on June 5,2005, between the Buffalo Bisons and the Columbus Clippers. Tim Russert, host of NBC's "Meet The Press" who threw out the first pitch. Mr. Russert was always talking about his home town of Buffalo . The Russert Bobblehead features a wipe board that says "Buffalo Buffalo Buffalo" a takeoff of his famous " Florida , Florida , Florida " analysis during the presidential elections Made of quality resin.
