Hawthorne Village Coca Cola Holiday Express Train SetReady to run with all items included! This train set is a tribute to Coca Cola and the Christmas time adds that produced so many fantastic Christmas time images for the children in all of us. The cars are decorated with the characters from the Christmas time Coca Cola adds that we saw on billboards, in magazines, and on T.V. Included with the rail cars are Coke vending machines and Santa with Christmas trees. The track included with this set is Bachmann's Nickel Silver E-Z track. Also included with this set is an operational dual rail road crossing gate. All issues of this set will be shipped in their original factory containers. It set is made for Hawthorne Village by Bachmann's Spectrum line of quality trains. The detail on the locomotive, tender, and cars are of the "Spectrum" workmanship and design that make them worthy of the "Spectrum" line. This is not a "toy train" but of "collector's quality." The tender has a short-coupler with hand tooled coal load. This train is of the ON30 scale, which is an O scale size car running on an HO scale track. They will operate on any HO track. This scale is used with a lot of Dept. 56 / Hawthorne village Christmas displays. This train set is worthy of being a conversation display piece anytime with its fine detail. All Hawthorne Village trains are decorated with the works of recognized collectible artists .
