Tippecanoe& E. G. Booz Too! A book about cabin bottles by Thomas C. Haunton I self-published Tippecanoe & E. G. Booz Too! back in 2003 and soon sold out of its initial publishing run of 150 books. I returned to my printer to have another run of the book made, but was informed that the printing cost would be significantly higher – so much, in fact, that it would cost more to print the books than I could sell them to book dealers for! I eventually solved my dilemma by self-publishing an updated version of my book in a CD-ROM format in 2006. While rummaging through my office closet, I found a couple of the original books, although without the original photo CD that accompanied the book. Offered here for auction is one of these out-of-print books, autographed by the author. To make up for the lack of the photo CD, I am including the 2006 CD-ROM update, which shows a majority of the book’s black and white photos in color, plus most of the original extra photos that appeared on the original CD. This book is in excellent condition. It has a spiral binding with a clear plastic cover and a vinyl back cover. Printed on 8½ by 11 inch paper. It’s been sitting in a box out of harm’s way. The 2006 CD-ROM contains additional information and photographs, including three new Booz bottle reproductions not listed in the first book. The vast majority of photographs - almost all black and white in the 2003 book – are now offered in color in the CD-ROM. There are over 200 photos on the CD-ROM. Collectors seemed to like the format with the spiral binder. I've had many collectors asking to get a hardcopy of the printed version of this book.
