This is a beautiful, large, realistic model of RMS Titanic. One of the most famous ships in the world. It took its maiden, and final, voyage on April 12, 1912. It struck an iceberg 11:40PM on April 14th, and sunk at 2:20AM- just two hours and forty minutes later. Roughly 1500 people perished in the sinking, making it among the worst peacetime, maritime disasters of all time.
