TL-13-A Linesman's Pliers TL-13-A Pliers Description: Details: This are the TL-13-A linesman pliers issued to U.S. Army Signal Corps personnel during WWII. These pliers are usually missing from the CS-34 tool set and are much more difficult to find than the TL-29 pocket knives which were also in these tool sets. The pliers are in very good condition and are well-marked with the Utica Tool Company stampings and "TL-13-A". The buyer will have my usual five-day right of inspection and return privilege.
