These pliers are usually missing from the CS-34 tool set and are much more difficult to find than the TL-29 pocket knives which were also in these tool sets. The pliers are in very good condition and are well-marked with the Utica Tool Company stampings and "TL-13-A". The buyer will have my usual five-day right of inspection and return privilege.
