The box has some wear. Also the manual has a bit of wear on the cover. The game has been tested and works great. The pins of this cartridge have been cleaned and the game has been tested at least twice on what we consider to be a fairly finicky Nintendo console. However, please note that Nintendo systems are notorious for having trouble playing games, particularly if they have not been cleaned regularly. Depending on the condition of your console, you may need to blow into the bottom of the cartridge prior to inserting it into the system or adjust the position of the game slightly after it has been inserted in order for it to play properly. The item that you see in the picture is the actual item that you will be receiving . I never use the same picture or stock picture to confuse the customer. What you see is what you get. I describe the products as honestly as I can but if you have any questions or concerns about anything please ask before you buy especially if you are a collector and the item's condition is very important. I list a lot of items and sometimes there could be some wear or an extra sticker or writing that I do not notice when I list the item. I can always be contacted through eBay’s messaging system. Please don’t send any questions directly to my email address because most of them will get lost and won’t get answered. I pack well and I use proper packaging supplies. You will never receive a CD game or a cardboard boxed game shipped in a simple bubble envelope. I use cardboard mailers and boxes for fragile items to preserve the condition of the game as it is listed in. Books, guides & magazines will have a lot of protection so that they won’t get bent. Packages are shipped within 72 hours from payment, (Excluding weekends and holidays) but on most cases they will ship on the same day or the next. It’s full price for one item and $2.00 each for the rest for US. International shipping is based on the weight of the package. PAYMENT HAS TO BE MADE WITHIN 48 HRS .. This is 100% Official product. For international shipping: Insurance and tracking is not available for First Class international packages. Buyer has the option to pay for Express or Priority Mail, which has insurance. Only Express Mail has detailed tracking available. I keep a copy of the customs number and the receipt from the Post Office which will show the time and date that your order was shipped, but I can not guarantee that the package will get delivered. If you want the package to be guaranteed, I highly recommend Express Mail. Sometimes packages get lost in the mail, especially at customs. It happens less than 1% out of all the orders that I ship, but it can happen. If you know that your country looses packages sometimes, definitely go with Express Mail. The second best option is Registered Mail, which is trackable in most counties but not all. Please Note : Canadian and International buyers - please allow a few weeks for delivery time. International packages are shipped twice a week, but they can take a lot longer to be delivered because of your local customs. The average time for delivery is about 15 days (even in Canada), but sometimes they can take even longer. Brazil and Italy will take longer than a month on average, but other countries can be very slow as well. It all depends on how long the packages get held up by customs.
