Ok, this is the story about the TOBACCO STICK. During the 1960's, I lived on a tobacco Farm in South Georgia. We would gather the Tobacco by hand and then it would be strung on a Stick, and hung in a barn to cure. We would work from before daylight until dark. This was hard, physical work, and for this work we received the Princely sum of $5.00 a day. Oh, Minimun wage w were you. Recently, I found a number of the old Sticks and found that they made beautiful Fountain Pens. They are usually Heart Pine or Heart Cypress, and each one is different and unique. The Fountain Pens are reproductions of a Classic 1920's style Parker Pen. The wood is hand turned and finished to a nice smooth, Satin sheen. The metal parts are 24kt. Gold plated and epoxy coated for a lifetime of use. The pen comes with an ink cartridge as well as a refillable reservoir. All these TOBACCO STICK items comes with a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY that certifies that the wood is at least 50 years old. I ship priority Mail and the cost is $5.00.
