Hi, I have a great Toltec figural rattle brazier for auction at no reserve. This ancient artifact was made by the Toltec Culture of Hidalgo, Mexico and dates toAD. This ancient incense burner was crafted with a person on the front and a jaguar on the back. The rattles are in the jaguar head. The open bowl area has holes in the sides to vent the incense. The figure has a headdress, ear spools, necklace, bracelets, and it has tattoos or scarification marks on its face. The head has chips and was reattached. It has some chips and scrapes, but it has great patina and deposits and displays very nicely. This is a very nice artifact that would be a great addition for any collection. This is a great piece of history, that can now be yours. All the items I sell are guaranteed as described, or you can return it for your money back. I have been a collector for over 30 years, and I have purchased hundreds of artifacts from galleries, auction houses, and private collectors and collections. I have studied Pre-Columbian cultures for many years and I have hundreds of books in my office. I try to describe everything according to the description given to me when I purchased them, and my studies. I will use a half dollar, dollar bill, and a ruler at times for size comparison only, and they are not included in this auction. I can combine shipping. I read more
