Tony Couch - Original Watercolor 'Neil's Shed' This original half-sheet watercolor is 14" high x 22" wide and titled "Neil's Shed". Tony is one of my favorite watercolorists along with Frank Webb, Robert E. Wood, Ed Whitney and Zoltan Szabo. Tony Couch is absolutely one of finest watercolorists of our time. He received a B.A. in art from the University of Tampa and also studied at the Pratt Institute in New York while working as an artist for the Associated Press. One of the little known facts about Tony is that he was also an airline pilot for Delta Airlines. He also attended many of the traveling workshops by the noted artist Edgar Whitney during this time. He has written three best selling books on watercolor painting. His first book, �Watercolor – You Can Do It� has been translated into Chinese and Japanese and due to high demand has been reprinted once again in English. Tony has also produced 10 "how to" video tapes on painting and drawing, some of which are used in many college art departments, along with his books. The videos are also used by various state educational systems via TV.
