(--click) Topping Atlas ICBM Missile Factory Desk Model Popular and desirable Atlas ICBM model made by none other than Bill Topping. 16" high without the stand, this model even has one of the two vernier steering rockets still on it: normally they are entirely missing. As you can see from the pictures, the stand is marked General Dynamics and has the coveted Topping sticker on the underside of the stand. In pretty good condition for these models, has a few paint chips and is missing one of the exhaust tubes on the underside. If you're reading this, you already know of the Atlas, so I won't bore you with the details of the Atlas ICBM, but will say that this is the same rocket that was used to lauch John Glenn into orbit back in 1962. NO RESERVE! Be sure to visit my other auctions, including two spectacular and rare models, an X-plane and a Topping METAL C-119
