Towle "Candlelight" Sterling Silver Flatware 80 Pieces Up for auction is a wonderful old set of Towle Sterling Silver Flatware in the 1934 pattern "Candlelight". This lovely set is engraved with the initial "K". Also included is this beautiful solid wooden case. All pieces (except dinner knives) are stamped with: TOWLE STERLING Pat.1934 Candlelight 80 piece total includes: 12 Dinner Knives* 12 Dinner Forks 12 Salad Forks 15 Table Spoons 8 Soup Spoons 8 Demitasse Spoons 8 Butter Knives 3 Serving Spoons 1 Short Handle Pickle/Olive Fork 1 Lemon Fork *Four of the Dinner Knives are replacements (not engraved); all are the Candlelight pattern, 2 are the New French Hollow style like the set. 2 are Modern Hollow style. I have taken an extra photo of 2 knives to show this subtle difference. Overall the flatware is in very good condition. The case does have some scratches on it.
