HEFTY DEEP RELIEF PATTERN...3/4" ACROSS...17 GRAMS...NO MONO This nicely proportioned ring is in perfect condition, made from a like new spoon handle. This pattern was issued by Towle in 1895 and is well known to collectors. Old Colonial is remarkable for its rich beaded details on both sides of the handle. It is a hefty casting at 17 grams. It is 3/4 " across. (What appears to be a discolored spot on the image is merely an unintended light reflection.)I made the ring size 7 1/2, overlap style, and I can adjust it from 7 to 10. T is no monogram so it is ready for your custom engraving. This is one of my favorite patterns! Wear this ring and you will be showcasing a piece of silverware design history! This pattern exemplifies the inspired designs and high quality casting of the early silverware manufacturers. The crispness of the casting detail is unsurpassed by even modern artists in silver.
