This is a vintage 1936 photo fromParamount Pictures of a Travis Banton creation to be worn by Gladys Swarthoutin “Champagne Waltz”. There is a description on the back of the 8” X 10” photo. There are lots of light creases and a small stain. I acquired several fashion photos of actresses and also this drawing from one source and I wonder if they could have belonged to a dress designer. One of the Dietrich photos I have has a list on the back in pencil that may be a clue to you if you are a person who knows a great deal about Hollywood fashion designers..another of the photos has an actual hand drawn sketch of a dress on the back!
