No, we do not offer personal viewings. I live in the San Francisco/Bay Area; do you offer viewings of your items listed within eBay or can I pick up my lots? No. Unfortunately, we cannot offer viewing at this time, and it is not possible to hand pick your lots. Payments: Payments must be made within 7 days of the auction ending, or receiving an invoice. All Payments are to be completed through PayPal, which is the fastest and the securest way to receive your payment, and to be able to process your order in a timely manner. Any payments not received in 7 days will result in an un-paid case opened against you. What if I don’t have a PayPal account? Alternative payment methods are to be arranged by contacting us through the eBay messaging system. We will inform you when payment has been received. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Shipping: How is my item shipped? All items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) first class mail or USPS international first class mail, unless otherwise stated within the listing, noted within the invoice or upon your request for a different carrier. There’s no tracking numbers for orders sent first class domestic or international mail letter size, under 4oz in weight. If you prefer to add tracking, the cost is additional. Due to the changes in ebay polices asking for delivery confirmation for all orders; any order over $50 must be sent with “USPS (United States Postal Service) Delivery Confirmation". For domestic delivery, delivery confirmation will be offered for FREE. For all International mail, buyers must purchase Registered Mail service. No exception. The cost is billed to you on your current invoice. We only ship to the address in your profile. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm correct shipping address details upon checkout. If you prefer a different shipping address, it’s your responsibility to provide the correct shipping information within ebay at checkout. Do not send an additional note within payment to request an alternative address; this will delay the process of your order. We will refund you and request that you update the correct shipping address upon checking out a second time. We kindly ask our buyers to allow 30 days for delivery of an order.
