Welcome to my auction for my Triumph Spitfire 1500Car has recently passed its MOT in the last few days, and has just had a pair of reconditoned carbs added (from Turner Carbs)...runs very well indeed.In my ownership I have totally renewed the interior, new seat covers and foam, full new carpet set, new door cards, new door top trims, new sun visors and back board and wheel arches recovered. The centre console has also been retrimmed. There is a tonneau cover included in the sale as well as an extra hood. The one that is on is a little tatty but I never take it out in the rain and in my ownership has always been garaged, therefore its not a problem to me as its always down. Close up the body work is not the best and there are a few areas that require some slight attention if you wanted to make perfect. I have recently had both the sills replaced with heritage panels so no problems there now for a while. The car sits on 4 brand new tyres on four fully refurbished steel rims that have been powder coated in a dark grey. I will also include in the sale 4 additional rims that have been shot blasted and powder coated in silver and look absolutely fantastic so you have the option of a brighter wheel if you prefer.
