Turner Challenger ? Harp Harmonica Microphone works great restoration project Picked up at a local auction a wile back, and decided to start selling some of my great old finds off, as my health is failing. So I guess its time to start parting with them. Here is a Cool old Retro Microphone That would make a great restoration project. It works But Im selling it as is for Parts and or Restoration. I found pictures of this microphone in other auctions on eBay and they call it a Turner Challenger, so I guess that’s what it is.. has a ¼' jack on it and so I’m assuming its high impedance so I plugged it into the board and tested it, Tested and works fine but paint is flaking & has nicks and scratches in it as you can see in the photos, would make for a great Restoration project mic is sound didn’t find any cracks or breaks , threads are good where the stand screws in, could use a new cable I think, or at least looks like to me.. I don’t really know any thing about restoring vintage microphones , only how to use them. NO SALES OUT SIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.A.
