Welcome to my Eclectic Alley ebay Auction!! All of my fossils are REAL USA fossils from the Lance Creek Formation in Wyoming, and were found on private land, with the owner's permission. This auction is for: FOSSIL TYPE: a nice group of 9 Turtle Fossils including, 1 Braincase, 1 Scapula bone, 1 Toe Digit, 1 Claw, 2 Vertebrae, and 3 Shell pieces (1 scute) AGE: Late Cretaceous 65 to 75 million years ago SIZE: the Braincase measures 2 1/4" x 1 5/8" The Scapula Bone is 4 1/4" x 1 1/4" The Claw is 7/16" x 3/16" The Toe Digit is 1 1/8" x 1/4" The Scute is 1 5/8" x 1 1/4" The Vertebrae are aprox 3/4" x 5/8" and The Shell pieces are aprox 3" x 2 1/4". These Fossils are in very good condition, Some were found in pieces, and have been glued back together with no other restoration done, and some were found in one piece, with no restoration needed. The Braincase has been Identified by Pete Larson of The Black Hills Institute. These are great fossils for collection, study or display! Please email me with any questions.
