TV Receiver PILOT CANDID TV-37U Portable Television Receiver The PILOT TV 37U 3" Television was the first low cost set offered and manufactured by Pilot Radio Corp. Long Island City, N.Y. PILOT TV37U introduced in 1949 and had 3" vision tube 21CRT 4KP4. That time factory offered a magnifier and carrying case.The TV had good electrical system with low and high band continuous tuning. The receiver works with 21 tubes plus electrostatic picture tube powered by 105-120 Volts. The TV receiver is for restoration, electrical system seems to be complete. The some knobs are missing and the speaker diaphragm is broken. The receiver needs cleaning. The TV wasn't check for working condition. Contact Please email me at for any questions.
