The Twilight Zoners - Hospital 7" EP - Sleeve No. 1/30! Rare and excellent four track 1979 EP on ZIP records. Apparently there were 45 different cover designs, this one appears to be design RX and is number 1/30.The vinyl is EX, it's been cleaned but there is still some stubborn detritus caused by 33 years in a paper sleeve - I believe there are enzyme based cleaning fluids that will probably shif this but I don't have any at the moment It plays well though - on a good system the surface noise is a separate layer that your ears can "see" though. It's a really great record, much more sophisticated and nuanced than the majority of the punk/powerpop/synth I've listened to in the past couple of months.The sleeve is still in its original 1979 plastic bag. It's screenprinted paper and it's got a bit crinkled on the top but it's otherwise fine. There's no insert I'm afraid.This is part of a collection of punk/new wave/synth/generally obscure singles I'll be offering over the next few months.
