Two fragments from the same leaf of a larger manuscript; one 8.5 cm by 12 cm (3¼ inches by 4½ inches), the other 9 cm by 12.5 cm (3½ inches by 4¾ inches). In Good Antiquarian condition; 13 lines and 14 lines, respectively, written both recto and verso, in deep brown ink, in an Insular Carolingian hand identified as Minuscula Claravallensis, recovered from the binding of a 14th century Breviary on vellum. One fragment with a single rubricated three-line "B" in red, opening the word "Beati" showing two holes, one natural, and one clearly a burn hole, the latter affecting a total of six words of text.
