I AM SO EXCITED TO OFFER THIS GREAT NAVAJO RUG!!! "TWO GREY HILLS", THE CADILLAC OF NAVAJO RUGS, NAMED AFTER A REGION OF BLACK MOUNTAIN/COAL MINE- ARIZONA IT IS MADE FROM CHURRO WOOL, WHICH WAS BROUGHT BACK FROM EXTINCTION, BY THE NAVAJO INDIANS. IT HAS MORE WEFTS PER SQUARE INCH, (80-100) THE AVERAGE PRICE PER SQUARE FOOT, $300.-$500. THE WEAVER IS UNKNOWN, BUT IS THOUGHT TO BE FROM ALICE NEZ, AND/OR HER DESCENDANTS. PERHAPS EVEN A YAZZI!!! THE RUGS DIMENSIONS ARE- 33" X 49".IT HAS THE "SPIRIT LINE", WHICH IS THE WHITE LINE IN IT. THE STARS ARE VALERO STARS. THE AGE OF THIS WONDERFUL RUG IS UNKNOWN, AS IT IS A FAMILY HEIRLOOM, SOMETIME BETWEEN 1900 AND 1960, FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. 3 OF THE CORNERS ARE A LITTLE FRAYED LOOKING, OTHERWISE IT`S IN VERY GOOD CONDITION!!! VERY, VERY LOW STARTING BID!!
