Very nice limited edition full-size Presidential China pattern plate from Haviland, France. I'm not a collector but I don't see any nicks, scratches or anything wrong with this plate. Back says in cursive which is very hard to read under the "Authentic reproduction of a plate of White House China made by Haviland at Limoges, France for President Ulysses S. Grant and delivered on February 10, 1870. Lerno - ? Jes February 10, 1970", then the signature of Theodore Haviland is below that. "Plate no. 1,324 of a limited edition of 3,000" Says made "Haviland, France" on the bottom."
