One of MANY old Xmen books I'm selling from this era! from a top respected comic dealer who grades Strict! HIGH GRADE with BOTH sides of the book shown in photos TRUSTWORTHY SELLERS SHOW BOTH SIDES not much wrong with this dandy - it's sweet as candy bid starts out at LESS THAN HALF OF IT'S CONDITION VALUE! as you can see with the close up pics, it's in really nice shape and to the untrained eye it's really sharp! just a line indent near the bottom staple and some rust on the staples with just minor wear that keep this from being low 9's on the grading scale, and puts it still in the VF- to mid 8's as it has no rips/tears, rolling, stains, missing pieces/pages in ANY of these Xmen books - I am a collector for decades and I have many CGC books, and know grading!
