is a 1931 side logo and bottom marked miniature 2 3/8" tall silver plate 2 oz. handled creamer for the Union News Company, which provided eating house restaurants at Railroad Stations on the Eastern part of the United States. The Union News Company also operated the restaurant at the famous Grand Central Terminal - Station in New York City for the New York Central Railroad and the Detroit Terminal in Detroit for the Michigan Central Railroad. The creamer has the eagle logo on the side, which it is worn, but still readable. The creamer was made by Reed & Barton Co., is silver soldered, and marked on the bottom "The Union News Company". The creamer has some wear, the usual usage scratches, etc., but overall looks really great! This is the heavyweight type Hotel, Steamship, and Restaurant silver plate. A wonderful addition to your Union News Co., Railroad, or Restaurant China collection and it is ready to display.
