*This pipe has never been fired*This beautiful Gala Red Soapstone long pipe is hand carved and polished. The pipe comes with a velvet bag for carrying in your choice of pink, purple, or red. The stone had gorgeous "white marble spots" which are natural in the stone.This is a "personal" pipe rather than a "ceremonial" pipe seen in our tribe. If you would prefer a ceremonial pipe in the same stone, please send me a message or use the "request custom item" button to inquire.*Measurements*The pipe measures 1.5" tall, 4.0" long, and about 1.0" wide *Custom Order/Variations*We will gladly do custom orders or variations. Please let us know what type of stone you would like the bowl to be (currently we have Catlinite, Alabaster, Steatite, and Soapstone on hand) , as well as what material for the stem (Bone or Wood) if the pipe requires a stem.*The Native Way*We are a part of the Abenaki Native American Tribe which resides in parts of Canada and Vermont. In our Tribe, we use the smoke from the pipe to send prayers. Before blowing the smoke, it is traditional to turn the stem of the pipe upward to the sky and blow the smoke (along with your prayer) toward the sky.
