Click Double your traffic. Unissued Nape Strap For M1 Helmet Liner M1 Helmet Liner Nape Strap Description: Details: This is an unissued nape strap for the M1 helmet liner. The nape strap is the strap which snapped onto the rearmost horizonal strap of the Riddell suspension at the back of the standard fiberglass liner made during WWII. The strap is in unissued condition and is in size medium (sizes 7-7.375), which will fit most wearers, except those with the smallest and largest head sizes. The nape strap is made of the standard light olive drab (aka "khaki") herringbone material as the suspension itself and is 4-1/2" long. The nape strap carries the usual Army contract markings and the size, but is undated (see image below). Although I'm confident you'll be pleased, the buyer will have my usual five-day right of inspection and return privilege. Weight 4 oz.
