From the Certificate of Authenticy: "Genuine United States Constitution coins struck in accordance with legislation passed by Congress and signed by the President on October 29, 1986. These historic collectibles are produced by the United States Mint and are specially designed and created to commemorate the Constitution Bicentennial. The coins are legal tender of the United States. The Silver Dollar Coin contains 0.76 troy ounces of pure silver and the Five Dollar Gold Coin contains 0.24 ounces of pure gold."Mint locations: Silver Dollar - San Francisco. Gold Five Dollar - West Point.Silver Dollar images: Obverse - Focuses on a quill pen, a sheaf of parchment and the words "We the People."
