This is a Genuine Unites States Navy Black Raincoat. It is BRAND NEW and never been worn (still has the tags on it). It is also still the currently issued raincoat. It has an additional liner on the inside for use during the winter. This is a GREAT DEAL as the Raincoat can retail up to $95.00 depending on w you buy it but only are you going to find one priced this low. I have gone "Blue to Green" and am now in the Army so I no longer need it.
