Item DescriptionYou are bidding on a Scott Specialty Series Album for United States Postal Cards. The binder is in good condition showing some wear due to age. The back cover is bent alongside the spine. The binder is filled with pages that do not have postal cards on them. The pages start with a spot for the May 13, 1873 postcard and ending with December 17, 1975. Being unfamiliar with this set we cannot confirm that the pages in the binder are complete.We make every effort to describe our items in accurate detail.
