University of Illinois ROTC Ribbons-Note Signal ribbon Description Offered is a set of 10 ribbons which I believe came from an ROTC member at University of Illinois. I can't deduce an age from the other items in the estate, so t isn't a good idea of when they were used. 9 of the 10 ribbons have two pinch clasps each on the back and the ribbon is covered in plastic. One ribbon is blue/red/blue with crossed signal flags and has a pin backing with a safety clasp. Age Unknown. Condition They are all in excellent condition. Size They are all 1 3/8" x 3/8".
