This is a group of 3 items of vintage Woodvine pattern from the Ballerina series by Universal Pottery. The items are oven proof and union made in the USA. The group includes two bowls and one pitcher. The pitcher is a small oval one often called a gravy boat. It measures 7 3/4 inches long, 3 1/2 inches wide, and 3 inches tall. The larger bowl is round with a rim to rim diameter of 9 inches and is 2 1/2 inches high. The smaller bowl is oval measuring 9 1/8 inches long, 7 1/8 inches wide and 2 1/8 inches tall. All are white with a floral design of small red flowers with leaves of light and dark green. The bowls were used for many years in my Grandmother's kitchen, but are in good condition with no chips, or cracks. They do show crazing and have some small discolored marks. They come from a smoke free and pet-free home. The pitcher has a chip in the lip which I have photographed in one of the poses shown, and some crazing in the bottom. The large bowl has documentation marks on the bottom. The small bowl and pitcher do not.
