Unusual ice tongs. My guess is for sliding and not picking up ice blocks. Very thin construction so doubt it is used to pick up ice blocks. Has "It's "Close" Ice" on one side and "Save It With Ice" on other side of handle. Guess the company is named Close. Unusual hinging system to spread tongs.
