VERY COLLECTIBLE & IN My OPINION QUITE RARE "T.S.B. -- BELFAST SAVINGS BANK " Plastic MONEY BOX. I would have no doubt that this little character would have had a name in his era but I have not been able to find it. He is made of plastic in FINLAND and has suffered a little bit of paint loss to his red jumper as seen in the photographs and unfortunately I don't have a key (should not be hard to source.) FREE P&P to GB
