Unusual Rookwood Painted Lamp This is a great looking example of American pottery at it's best. This is a Rookwood lamp with the original top and base.It has a wonderful color of blues and purple with yellow flowers. The lamp stands 15 1/2" tall, 6 1/2" wide. The vase part of the lamp is 14 1/2" tall. The bottom of the lamp under the base is the Rookwood mark. I think this was a vase turned into a lamp. I think the whole was put on top of the date mark. It is in excellent shape with no cracks, chips or repairs. This is the only one I have like this and I am selling it with NO RESERVE. They both came from a wonderful estate in St. Petersburg, Florida.
