Another Unusual snuff box made from a Pointed Snail shell.This item is in Excellent condition and the Silver end cap hinge and clasp opens and closes perfectly.Almost looking like Mother of Pearl this Snuff box has a Beautiful Sheen to it as it has been polished by hand.A smaller box at 2" tall and 1.5" across.I looked closely at the Silver cap and it sure does look like Silver to me but it is not marked so we will have to refer to it as Silver Metal.
