Spectra Sea Life Platter by Anna-Lisa Thomson Upsala Ekeby - Sweden Anna-LisaThomson for Upsala Ekeby, Sweden. This large shallow modernist platter has a colorful sea life decoration, against a brown matte background with white shiny glaze on the exterior. It is part of the Spectra series by Swedish ceramist Anna-LisaThomson. It measures 6 inches wide by 9.5 inches long and stands 1.5 inchestall to the rim. This platter is incised with Ekeby and number 1071 on the bottom along with the initial AL as shown in the pictures. It has a proper plate hanger attached which can be easily removed if you prefer. I will be listing many more pieces soon of Orrefors, Kosta Boda, Upsala Ekeby, by many world renown artists such as Mats Jonasson, Renate Stock, Bertil Vallien,Erik Hoglund,Vicke Lindstrand, and Goran Warff.
